Benefits of a New Best Friend
How did you get the name?
WHO IS POO POO LALA? The Path.....Jan. 2002 GOD changed my life! I asked GOD what is my blessing? Then a series of events put me on this path to give back. At the time I was working in corporate sales in the hotel industry. After 14 years in that life, I was done and a change was needed. I was at the point in my life where I had to listen to my body because I was overweight and suffering from high blood pressure & cholesterol. Due to some bad eating habits and choices in my lifestyle I had to make a change. I was in search of the path to a healthier way of life. So I let spirit guide me and I took that leap of faith..... Education was the key, giving my passion structure. A few very good friends gave me some strategic business advice on how to finance school; The Strip Clubs of Atlanta! Cash 7 days a week. I introduced myself to the managers of a popular club in Atlanta, GA. I told them who I was and how my bodywork would help the ladies. Dancers do a lot of repetitive motions especially damaging in heels. I expressed it would make a dramatic change in the ladies way of life. They loved it! She had me set up right after the meeting. After my first client got off the table she said “Thank GOD for Patrick” she felt brand new and full of energy, she ran back in the dressing room and told everybody how great it was and how she felt like her body was water and she could actually feel her feet. “That man is blessed” she went back up-stairs and danced all night. One after one the ladies would get up and another would lay down.... all-night....With the currency I was making I invested it in my technical education. I considered the club my bootleg internship or more like a scholarship. I got paid to go to school. It was GREAT!!!! What I would learn in class all-day I would practice all night on the ladies and they would give me very useful feedback. This scene became an unlikely source for development and inspiration in this distinctive area of work I have been called to do. Enter PooPoo LaLa....what’s up with the name? It all started in the basement of the strip club. I played the song PooPoo LaLa by Roy Ayers when I would set up it was my intro song. So the ladies started calling me PooPoo.. The song became my theme and the name just stuck. Poo Poo LaLa means I love you! Appropriate because I love my work and I am able to express this love to my clients thru my passion. GOD has blessed me! I live a vegan lifestyle! I love what I do for a living, something I can do every day for life! From the basement of a strip club to a worldwide clientele of “Who’s Who” from coast to coast, island to continent. I LOVE my people! I have been graced to touch so many people in all walks of life. People who are invested in their bodies for a living and people who are learning to invest in their bodies for a more enriching life. If we don’t take care of our temples, our temples will not take care of us and we will have nowhere to live. The PooPoo LaLa experience is about total health and wellness with the much needed attention for therapeutic touch that our bodies flourish on. I am very grateful for a huge network of great people who love what we do as much as we love doing it! Every day 4 life
